2023 brings great things, and a change in our Property Management Team. We welcome a newbie to our industry and we are so excited. Here is a little introduction to our team:
Kelley Seaton – Director / Owner / Class 1 Licensed Real Estate Agent
Aka. the Boss Lady.
Worked in Real Estate Property Management since 1997. Has decades of experience, wearing every hat possible. Her role is to oversee the team, encourage, support, offer training and ensure individual growth. She has a heavy focus of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure our team provides an exceptionally high level of customer service at all times. She loves nothing more than rewarding and recognising her teams hard work and pushing them to achieve great levels of success by achieving above and beyond service levels. She is the Business Development Manager, nurturing new clients and educating them to be the best property investor that they can be. She is also on hand to assist Haley in Property Investment Manager duties and Erin in her training and Leasing department role. Of course as with any business there is lots to do behind the scenes, such as social media, business promotion, payroll, general business accounting and all of those tasks related to owning and operating a very successful Property Management Only Agency.
Haley McAndrew – Property Investment Manager – Class 2 Licensed Real Estate Agent
Aka. our 2IC and Boss Lady (when Kelley is away from her desk).
Worked in Real Estate Property Management since 2010. Learning every possible role within Property Management from Kelley and various national training over the past 13 years. She is the glue that holds our agency together. She is always there to support each team member. Haley is extremely knowledgeable and guides our Property Investors in their property investment journey. She could manage our Property Investment Portfolio with her eyes closed, there are lots of challenges in the world of property management but through her advanced systems and processes, she handles all of them with the highest level of care and has a very high attention to detail. She takes prides in ensuring our landlords are well serviced and that our tenants are well looked after and respected at all times. She knows everything from top to bottom and back to front, from new business, leasing, ongoing management, accounting, tribunals, conflict resolution, disbursements and financial reporting.
Erin Webster – Leasing Consultant & PM Assistant – Assistant Agent
Aka. our 2023 Newbie and Customer Service Guru.
Worked in Real Estate Property Management since 2023. Erin has a passion for all things real estate based, and working at The Leasing Network is the very start of her career of working in Real Estate, and in particular in our Property Management exclusive team. To commence her role with The Leasing Network Erin completed the Assistant Agents Course with the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) training faculty. She is the first point of contact for our potential tenants and investors when a property is vacant and being marketed for lease. Erin assists with everything whilst advertising and promotion is underway and you will see her at our Open For Inspections, processing tenancy applications and reporting to our Property Management Team daily as she helps tenants find their new home. She assists our Property Managers in an administration role, and over the next few years will be learning everything to increase her role and expand her responsibilities along her journey, helping with routine property inspections and assisting with all admin and behind the scenes tasks.
