Our team had a great fun day of learning and upskilling with Property Management Partners at the PMP National Roadshow Tour. It’s so very important to ensure we complete ongoing training to be the best version that we can be for our customers.
Speakers were all amazing, and included our Director Kelley Seaton who presented a session on Elevating Client Experience and Detail Focused Strategies for Property Management Success.

We took lots of notes and can’t wait to start implementing some new learned skills in our working days. Some highlights and takeaways were always putting our customers first, be that our external customers as our clients and of course our internal customers, being our team.  One of our favourite quotes from the day was:
“At the end of the day people won’t remember what you said or did, but they will remember how you made them feel.”
